A Sudanese child has been held in custody after naming his teddy bear Nigel.

“This is completely unacceptable,” said Sylvestor McCoy, NHA Minister for Fashion and Foreign Affairs. “Never under all the moons of Gallifrey has such blasphemy been heard of.”

The child, who cannot be named for legal reasons, will be punished by a public pinching on Sunday.
